OLD BUSINESS
Kashubian Exchange: An exchange of tradition, heritage, and art between traveling Kashubian exhibit and Native American artifacts. Professor Kaczynski is helping with organization.
Need to look into facilities in Gdynia and Seattle to house events
Need to meet with tribes and museums regarding artifacts
Work with City Art Director (Seattle) as broker and agent
Focus on commercial activity once exchange is solidified
Film Festival: Members who attended Gdynia Film Festival shared their experiences. Greg Plichta, director of Seattle Festival, gave a recap of events.
SGSCA presented “Diabel” with the Excellence in Independent Film award.
Met with P.R. rep for Silver Screens; she will assist in securing films
Will try to split as many costs with Los Angeles Festival as possible
Port Exchange: Mike Waske is organizing this event. Delegates from Gdynia : Port Director, VP, and Director of Federal Agency, are all arriving in Seattle for meetings and tours.
Sealth High School Exchange: Glen Lee is organizing this project. Goal is to arrange an exchange between Seath High School and Gdynia .
Washington Business Week Student Exchange: Andy Okinczyc is staffing and organizing this proposal.

SGSCA Workplan: Discussed rough organizational outline for third quarter of 2005, through third quarter 2006.
Autumn Bazaar: The Polish Home is hosting their annual bazaar on November 5 th – 6 th . Volunteers are needed.
Polish Home Ventilation: President of Polish Home has approached tenants regarding a new ventilation project and possible donations.
Motion to donate a one-time sum to Polish Home rebuilding fund in the amount of $1,000.
