OLD BUSINESS
Kashubian Exchange: An exchange of tradition, heritage, and art between traveling Kashubian exhibit and Native American artifacts.
Currently looking for description of Kashubian items so a more accurate venue can be found.
Film Festival: Will run the 28, 29, and 30 th of April and 5, 6, and 7 th of May. Hoping to bring in approximately 20 films. Coordinating films with the Los Angeles festival.
Festival Salmon Award: an award will be presented at the film festival, the design was provided by Louise McDowell and is a replica of the salmon sculpture the SGSCA donated to the City of Gdynia .
Motion: order 1 mold from Louise, along with 10 statues. Additional order of 1 mold for possible chocolate bars.

Port Exchange: Mike Waske is organizing this event. Delegates from the City of Gdynia will be in Seattle from 12 Nov until 16 Nov. Attending delegates are Janusz Jarosinski (VP Port of Gdynia), Krzysztof Gromadowski (Director of Port Development), and Andrzej Krolikowski (Exec. Director Maritime Office).
Washington Business Week Student Exchange: There is an open offer for a few students to come to Seattle this summer for a one-week session. Andy Okinczyc will contact Washington Business Week to get the project started.
Looking for two 19 year old students
Glen to contact principal of Baccalaureate school.
We will split flight costs with City of Gdynia (possible frequent flyer donations)
Autumn Bazaar Recap: There was a great turn out this year, and new members signed up.
NEW BUSINESS
All New Temples of Poland : Ryszard Kott is looking for a venue for an exhibition. Several suggestions and locations were given.
Holiday Pot Luck: Bring a dish to share for the next meeting!
