OLD BUSINESS
Kashubian Exchange: An exchange of tradition, heritage, and art between traveling Kashubian exhibit and Native American artifacts.
Currently contacting the people who manage the exhibit
Will be approximately 2 – 3 years before this project is running
Film Festival: Will run the 28, 29, and 30 th of April and 5, 6, and 7 th of May.
Work on getting contributions and donations
January should focus on donations. Any volunteers to write, or translate, proposals and requests are appreciated.
Port Exchange: Mike Waske organized this event. Delegates from the City of Gdynia were in Seattle from 12 Nov until 16 Nov.
Exchange was a success! Long-term relationships were established, and there is a potential for additional security-related visits between the two cities.
NEW BUSINESS
Lacey Sister City : Lacey, WA ( Olympia suburb) has established sisterhood with Polish city. On May 30 th , a troupe of high school aged dancers will be in Lacey performing.
Polish Home might be interested in hosting a performance as well.
Mike Waske will help us initiate a pro-active stance between Seattle and Lacey
Gdynia 80 Year Anniversary: Gdynia is turning 80, and will celebrate on 10 – 11 February. Seattle Mayor, Greg Nickels was scheduled to attend, but he is unable.
Motion: SGSCA to fund flight to send an Officer to event

SGSCA Biography: The SGSCA has been around long enough now that we feel a history, or chronology, might be in order. Professor Kaczynski will assist.
