Membership

In 1956 President Dwight D. Eisenhower held a White House conference on citizen diplomacy that grew into a network of 2,000+ partnerships coordinated by Sister Cities International. The city of Seattle has 21 sister city relationships with communities across the globe.

When you join our organization you become a part of something bigger than each of us individually. We connect people of two beautiful cities separated by thousands of miles, but so close in the hearts and minds of people who have a chance to meet and speak face to face.

By becoming a member you help make it possible for us to continue to host high school students from Gdynia here in Seattle, to send our members to Gdynia to assist during Gdynia Business Week, and to produce the Seattle Polish Film Festival now in its 32nd year. Not to mention furthering Polish culture right here in Seattle.

Please join our community of civilian ambassadors that make this world a better place for so many young people.

Meetings are held the second Friday of each month at the Polish Cultural Center on Capitol Hill.
